NURSING SERVICES
- Contacting your doctors to discuss and plan the care of each individual client
on the basis of the patient’s condition and needs - Teaching diabetic patients how to plan their diet, monitor glucose,
and administer injections - Prepare medications and prefill insuline syringes.
- Monitoring patients and their Aides by Registered Nurse every two months and as needed.
